What is TripCase?

  • TripCase is a one-stop web and mobile traveler services platform.
  • TripCase monitors trip details and anticipates traveler needs, offering relevant advice and smart solutions when and where they need them.
  • TripCase arms travelers with critical flight alerts, weather delays, security updates, and much more.
  • Tools, tools and more tools. TripCase has a traveler's back on the road with everything from contextual tools like currency converters and driving directions, to alternate booking and expense reporting tools and beyond.
  • While TripCase is offered only in English today, traveler documentation is available in 20 languages. TripCase plans to support French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish soon.

  • All bookings and itineraries can be imported into a traveler's TripCase account, regardless of GDS or booking origin.
  • Imported trips automatically synchronize to reflect changes in trip information.
  • Through the TripCase Message Stream, you can "follow" your customers, stay engaged and send them relevant and timely messages throughout their trip.
  • TripCase is FREE for agencies and travelers to use.

  • Agency booking engine: TripCase will recognize agency imported trips and these bookings will be credited to the agency.
  • E-ticket and e-invoice storage & retrieval: New storage capabilities will allow agencies to save and retrieve e-invoice and e-ticket documents. Travelers will also have access to this documentation via TripCase.
  • Agency/customer emails: Itinerary confirmation emails will include the agency's logo, as well as the traveler's complete itinerary information and traveler documentation.
  • Click to call/email buttons: TripCase will feature easy-to-locate "Click to Call" and "Click to Email" buttons, allowing your travelers to easily reach you when necessary.
